Shipping and Returns
  Refund/Return Policy:

All orders that are shipped via UPS are insured at no cost to the customer. If products arrive damaged by UPS during shipping, customer agrees to file a damage claim with UPS. Customer will arrange with UPS to pick up the packaging material and damaged products. Customer agrees to comply with all requests made by UPS.

Customer must notify Silk Road Traders within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product and agrees to comply with all requests made by Silk Road Traders. The customer must retain all packaging material and the product.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange of damaged or defective merchandise within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product and customer must notify Silk Road Traders within 24 hours of delivery of defect, damage and intent to return.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
• Notice of defect, damage and intent to return must be made to Silk Road Traders with 24 hours of delivery of product to customer.
• Return must be made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are permitted).
• Returns and/or refunds are not permitted on any special order or custom order.

If a defective item is received or was incorrectly shipped by us please contact Silk Road Traders within 24 hours of the delivery of merchandise. Items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund after verification of unauthorized transaction has been confirmed.

There is a 15% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
